iFood Pago
My experience with iFood Benefícios paved the way for the launch of iFood Pago, which is iFood's own digital bank. This new venture is already processing an impressive R$ 70 billion per year (nearly 1% of Brazil's GDP) and has a projected revenue of R$ 1 billion. I played a key role in building the strategic and accessible communication for this fintech, including developing CRM flows and segmented messages tailored for different user groups within the product.
