Another relevant project was Colab+, the ecosystem's corporate well-being program. I created a pitch that didn't talk about health, but about impact: using data from The Josh Bersin Company, we showed that companies focused on well-being are 10.8 times more likely to reduce work absences. In the product, I executed the communication strategy, video editing with motion, CRM flows, and the commercial presentation.
