The success of previous campaigns and a more mature operational model paved the way for the creation of iFood Biz, an exclusive hub designed for brands. To get this initiative off the ground, I updated our commercial template and organized project management in Notion (with Nat Simões) to improve team visibility. I then took on the art direction for pitches to major brands like Aperol, Yoki, Beats, and Corona.
A notable success was the Corona pitch for the Paris 2024 Olympics: it resulted in an investment of over R$ 1.6 million, 48 ad insertions during the games, a 27x increase in brand sales (by order count), and a 127% boost in searches. The Aperol case for Friendship Day also saw significant growth, with a 2.8x increase in industry GMV and a 7 percentage point rise in the distilled spirits category's market share in July. Our clear objective was to hit R$ 87 million in Ads revenue.
